This is my vegetarian confinement recipe.
I have been sharing this with many friends.
I have put it in my blog at www.passionmom.blogspot.com.
Look for Thrusday 11 July 2007 post.
Since it is in CHinese, i will try to do the translation ASAP to benefit.
My confinement lady find it very easy to prepare this mail and i was very happy eating the meals. Not like heavy meals that are full of meat and internal organs.
